The Under 12s were next up and were given a real test by a determined Mooncoin side. Crystal were forced to dig deep after going 2–0 down early, and again later when trailing 3–1. Showing tremendous character and resilience, the lads battled back to secure a 3–3 draw, keeping their unbeaten run intact. Jake Murphy led the comeback with two well-taken goals, while James Reddin also found the net. Crystal pushed hard for a late winner and were unlucky not to snatch it in the closing moments.
