Today marked the start of a brand-new schoolboy league season, and it was brilliant to see players, coaches, and parents buzzing with excitement at Crystal Park.

Our Under 12 side were the first Crystal team to get their campaign underway as they welcomed Bohs this morning. Following Wednesday night’s friendly win, the coaches made a small tweak to the team, and it certainly paid off. The lads produced some fantastic attacking football, scoring freely in a confident performance.

It was great to see so many different names on the scoresheet and players stepping up with big contributions. A special mention to Jeffery Wyse who scored his 1st and 2nd goals for the club and Oisín Hearne on hos first goal for the club and on his league debut , milestone goals for the club – moments to remember!

Credit must go to Bohs who never gave up and showed great character throughout. scoring some nice goals .
